Terms of Service

Forma · Updated 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Forma, the visual website editor operated at formacms.app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Forma for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. For questions contact the administrator at mirallesredes90@gmail.com.

1. The service

Forma lets you connect a website hosted in your own GitHub repository, edit its pages visually and publish the changes back to your site. A one-time reviewed commit installs the connector script; your repository never runs Forma code beyond that connector. Forma is provided as a hosted service; we may improve or change it over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for people aged 16 or older. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

New accounts include a 14-day free trial for one connected website. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription of €8 per month per connected website, billed through Stripe. Prices include applicable taxes where stated by Stripe at checkout. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a subscription lapses, editing pauses but already-published websites stay online. We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep all rights to your websites and content. You grant Forma the technical access needed to read, edit and publish pages on the repositories and sites you connect. You must only connect websites and repositories you own or are authorized to modify. You must not use Forma for unlawful content, spam, malware, credential theft, or to attack or overload the service or third parties. We may remove access for content or use that breaks these rules.

5. GitHub and third-party services

Connecting GitHub is governed by GitHub's own terms; the permissions you grant are used only to inspect repositories and install or update the website connector. Google sign-in, Stripe payments, Vercel hosting and Supabase storage are third-party services processed under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Service level and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed; we will not materially degrade paid functionality without notice. We may suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or security reasons.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Forma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Before publishing, you are responsible for reviewing the changes the editor makes to your site. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or content changes published at your direction.

8. Ending the relationship

You can stop using Forma and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Provisions about payment owed, liability and content ownership survive termination.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
